After booking and purchasing a class package, you will receive a confirmation email. A UKE representative will also reach out and provide the teacher’s name and preferred contact details, usually a phone number.
The teacher will arrange an introductory call with the student to discuss expectations, finalize schedules, review necessary tools and devices, and address any questions. Parents are encouraged to attend this call.
Parents, please ensure you receive and review the Class Recap Sheet after each session, which includes detailed notes on your child’s progress as well as homework. For scheduling, maintain consistency with weekly sessions and include yourself in group texts to minimize rescheduling.
For SAT or other standardized test prep, encourage your child to take frequent practice tests at home, ideally once a week, to increase the volume of practice and facilitate in-depth review with the tutor, optimizing the learning curve and maximizing results.
Ultimate Kids Experience primarily offers classes for middle and high school students, while also including options for younger and older students between the ages of 6 and 20. Please refer to each class for its clearly indicated age range.

We just amended our Cancellation Policy to offer more flexibility.
