Most of our experiences are targeted for ages between 6-19 years old (please refer to each experience). In some cases, we will segment kids from teens or focus on a specific age range. Each experience indicates clearly the minimum and maximum age.
We aim at keeping limited classes or activities so kids and teens can get the best of them. UKE is not about quantity but quality of the experience. Each immersion indicates the minimum and maximum attendance.
In case the minimum attendance is not attained, UKE and/or the Provider reserve their right to contact each participant in order to reschedule.
Tutoring or coaching two or three kids at the same time can have several benefits over one-on-one interaction.

We just amended our Cancellation Policy to offer more flexibility. We now provide a Partial Cancellation option, allowing customers to obtain a reimbursement for unused sessions if they are unsatisfied after the first two sessions of a purchased Package Offer.
